Refund policy

While we hope that you love our products as much as we do, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction and understand that sometimes what you have ordered isn't quite right, for whatever reason.

Returns Policy:

  • We accept returns if received by us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • We only accept returns on items that are sent back in the original packaging and in the same condition as when received by you. 
  • Worn, damaged or broken items will not be accepted for a refund. 
  • Delivery and return postage costs will be refunded only if the item delivered if faulty. 

Refund Process:

  • If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@bensbeach.com and we will advise on the correct returns address.
  • Please ensure the item is posted back to us within 14 days of the delivery date to you. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Please ensure the item is sent using a proof of delivery option (we cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit)
  • If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the item within 14 days of receipt at the returns address below.
  • When the refund is processed, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
